Effective 9 August 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of voiqq. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the service, you agree to them for yourself or the organization you are authorized to represent.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect authentication methods, maintain lawful workspace access, and promptly report suspected compromise. Workspace leaders and admins are responsible for membership, project-sharing, and ownership decisions within their authority.
The service
voiqq provides audit-management workflows, standards libraries, imports, collaboration, evidence handling, automated data collection, reports, and exports. Features and limits depend on the selected plan. We may improve or change the service while preserving paid access and mandatory rights.
Customer content and permissions
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant voiqq the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up, transmit, and generate requested outputs from that content. You must have authority to submit, scan, share, or process each target and record, and must configure public links appropriately.
Professional judgment and generated output
voiqq is not a certification body, law firm, CPA firm, or substitute for a qualified auditor. Automated scans and AI drafting are productivity aids. Users remain responsible for validation, scope, requirement mapping, conclusions, report review, and lawful distribution. Generated content must be reviewed before reliance.
Plans, trials, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid self-service plans use Paddle Checkout. A 14-day trial requires a valid payment method and converts to the displayed paid price unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or yearly period until canceled. Paddle is the merchant of record and its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply in addition to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Acceptable use
You may not use voiqq to violate law or third-party rights, scan systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, evade plan limits, interfere with the service, obtain another user's data, or publish unlawful or deceptive content. The Acceptable Use Policy provides additional detail.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We work to keep voiqq reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Access may be limited to address security, maintenance, unlawful conduct, non-payment, or material breach. You may stop using the service and may delete an eligible account. Workspace ownership must be resolved before an owner account can be deleted.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, voiqq is provided as available without implied warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Governing terms and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the voiqq contracting entity and, subject to mandatory consumer law, the laws of Wyoming, USA. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Questions may be sent to admin@voiqq.com.
