What this solves
Projects become difficult to report when their Program, Library, scope, or target metrics do not match the real engagement. Reusing a table should not silently copy an old project name or compliance target.
How voiqq helps
The New Project flow asks for the standards configuration first. Creating a project with the same table settings reuses only the field and layout setup while still requiring a new name and the correct project metrics.
Before you begin
- A team where you are the leader or an admin
- The assessment standard and version
- The intended target, scope, and report type
- A short project name that distinguishes the engagement
Step-by-step
- Choose New Project
- Select the owning team
- Select the Program and an active Library
- Complete the displayed requirements and metrics
- Review the private-by-default sharing state
- Create the project and confirm its header metadata
Check your result
- The correct Library fields are available
- Project metrics match the selected engagement
- The project owner belongs to the team
- The project starts private until sharing is deliberately enabled
